Tyler Davis Wins World Junior Lacrosse Gold With Canada

Wallaceburg’s Tyler Davis captained Team Canada to a gold medal at the IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championship in Winnipeg this weekend culminating in a 16-9 win over Haudenosaunee in the gold medal game.
For his performance throughout the tournament, Davis was named an All-World Second Team star.
In the gold medal game, Davis led Team Canada with an incredible nine-point performance scoring twice and adding seven assists in the game.
Throughout the tournament, the former Wallaceburg Minor Lacrosse and Wallaceburg Red Devils standout collected 28 points in four games.
