Cougars looking to field a women’s team for the spring

The Chatham-Kent Cougars football organization is looking to field a women’s tackle football team in the upcoming spring/summer season.

While the Cougars have had girls/women play for their organization in prior years in both travel and house league football, they have never fielded a girls/women’s team.

The Cougars are looking at putting an under-19 team in the Ontario Women’s Football League (OWFL).

They are looking for players in birth years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009.
