Maroons beat Sarnia 8-5

The Chatham Maroons junior hockey team has now won three of their past four games after defeating the Sarnia Legionairres by an 8-5 score on Thursday at Pat Stapleton Arena.

Braeden Burke and Jaxen Fortier-Smith each finished with two goals for Chatham. Aidan Edwards, Josh Cleary, Eddie Hickson and David Brown also scored for the Maroons.

The Maroons host Sarnia Sunday at Chatham Memorial Arena. The puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m.
