Horrobin has season best time at nationals
Wallaceburg’s Tori Horrobin finished in 20th place at the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association cross-country championships held Saturday in Truro, Nova Scotia.
Horrobin was the top finisher for the St. Clair College Saints after completing the six kilometre course with a season-best time of 23:56 in a field of 99 runners.
Overall, the Saints finished in eighth spot out of 15 teams
The Saints can return their full roster next season when they will play host to the 2024 CCCA cross-country National Championships that will be staged at Windsor’s Malden Park on Nov. 9.
