Konecny heading to NHL All-Star game

Philadelphia Flyers forward Travis Konecny will represent the Flyers and Chatham-Kent at the 2024 NHL All-Star Weekend, Feb. 1-3, at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario. This will be the second NHL All-Star Weekend appearance for Konecny.

Konecny, 26, leads the Flyers with 42 points (22-20-42) in 49 games this season. Konecny is tied for the NHL lead in shorthanded goals this season with five.

The 5-foot-10, 192-pound native of Clachan, also leads the team in goals with 22.
Konecny played in the OHL with the Ottawa 67s and the Sarnia Sting.
