Ursuline dominates on way to Fanshawe volleyball title

Ursuline Lancers senior girls volleyball team won the 2024 Fanshawe College girls volleyball tournament.

Ursuline College defended its 2023 Fanshawe College championship on Saturday, winning the 2024 Fanshawe girls high school volleyball tournament.

The Lancers dominated the tournament, going 6-0 and only allowing one team to score more than 19 points in their 12 matches.

The Lancers defeated London Lucas 2-0 in the final (25-20, 25-6).

To advance to the final, UCC defeated Walkerton Sacred Heart 2-0 (25-11, 25-4).

In the preliminary games, Ursuline beat Walkerton Sacred Heart 2-0 (25-17, 25-8), London Lucas (25-12, 25-13), Sault Ste. Marie Korah (25-17, 25-9) and London Clarke Road 2-0 (25-9, 25-12).
