Lambton-Kent wins SWOSSAA title

The Lambton-Kent Composite School Cardinals junior girls’ volleyball team are the SWOSSAA champions, beating Windsor E.J. Lajeunesse on Feb. 23.

To get to the SWOSSAA final, Lambton-Kent beat North Lambton in the LKSSAA final 3-1 (25-18, 25-20, 21-25, 25-21). In the LKSSAA final, Lambton-Kent outlasted Pain Court 3-2 (25-15, 25-21, 21-25, 19-25, 15-13).

Pain Court finished in first place in the regular season with a 9-1-2 record, one point ahead of Lambton-Kent (8-1-3).
