Lucarelli wins second MVP award
Chatham’s Anthony Lucarelli finished up his junior hockey career with another MVP award.
Lucarelli was named the MVP of the Powell River Kings for a second year in a row. Powell River plays in the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL).
The captain of the Kings, Lucarelli had career highs in goals (22), assists (29) and points (51).
Lucarelli played for Powell River the past three seasons. He is set to play NCAA Division I hockey next season after committing to Long Island University.
