Red Devils being playoffs tonight

The Wallaceburg Red Devils will play in the Ontario Junior B Lacrosse League playoffs as the division champs of the Far West Division.

The Red Devils finished with an 8-12 record. They finished their regular season with a 13-2 loss on the road against the St. Catharines Athletics on the weekend. The Athletics outshot Wallaceburg 74-20.

The Red Devils open their best-of-five playoff series tonight (June 18) at Wallaceburg Memorial Arena against St. Catharines. Game time is 8 p.m.

A recent addition to St. Catharines’ roster is former Red Devil Notah Hopkins

Games two and three will be Saturday and Sunday in St. Catharines. Game four, if necessary, will be in Wallaceburg on June 25. A game five, if necessary, will be back in The Garden City on June 29.
