Reid leads Lancers into OUA semis

Chatham’s Kaden Reid is big reason for a dominant University of Windsor men’s volleyball season.
The Lancers finished in first place in the regular season with an 18-2 record in the OUA, and are ranked fourth in the USports men’s volleyball rankings.
The Lancers opened the playoffs with a decisive 3-0 (25-12, 25-13, 25-13) victory over the Waterloo Warriors in the OUA quarterfinals on Feb. 21 at the Toldo Lancer Centre. Defensively, the Lancers were led by Reid with 10 digs, six kills, and eight total points.
Reid is a former Ursuline Lancer and is in his third season as a Windsor Lancer. He is a social work major. He played previously for the Chatham Ballhawks and also Team Ontario.
With the victory the Windsor Lancers advance to the next round of the OUA playoffs, where they will face the York Lions in the semi-finals at the Toldo Lancer Centre on Friday, February 28th at 7 p.m.
