Cougars sign up next week

The Chatham-Kent Cougars minor football organization is hosting registration for their football clinics, travel teams and house leagues.

Sign-up sessions are Tuesday, Feb. 3, 6-7:30 p.m. at the Ultimate Sports Bar (304 St. Clair St.), Wednesday, Feb. 4, 6-7:30 p.m. at Chuck’s Roadhouse (65 McNaughton Ave. in Wallaceburg), Thursday, 6-7:30 p.m. Feb. 5, at the Ultimate Sports Bar, Sunday, Feb. 8, 1-3 p.m. at the Ultimate Sports Bar and Monday, Feb. 9 6-7:30 p.m. at the Ultimate Sports Bar.

The Cougars’ indoor try-it clinic is Feb. 15 from 10 a.m. to noon, the indoor advanced clinic is Feb. 22 from 10 a.m. to noon and the outdoor flag football clinic is May 1 from 6-7 p.m. All clinics are for Grades 2-8.

The Cougars travel teams play in the Ontario Summer Football League. Their flag league is for Grades 1-10. The minor tackle league is in the fall for Grades 2-10.
