Cunningham Second in ECHL Best Defenseman Voting
Dresden’s Wes Cunningham narrowly missed being named the ECHL’s Best Defenseman. Named a first team ECHL All-Star playing for the Greenville Road Warriors, Cunningham finished second in Top Defenseman voting to Elmira D-Man Eric Regan.
Elmira and Greenville are currently tied in their first round playoff series.
Cunningham ended the regular season with 7 goals and 36 assists in 69 games, and currently has 2 assists in 2 playoff games. Regan also has 2 assists in the first two games of their playoff series.
