Lamarsh Scores 7 Goals as Wallaceburg Clips Windsor at Home

The Wallaceburg Red Devils got back into the win column after a multi-game skid that saw the team’s playoff hopes take a serious hit. Wednesday in Wallaceburg however, the Red Devils showed they are still a team to watch as they defeated the Windsor Clippers 14-13 at home.

Clint Lamarsh was incredible for the Wallaceburg Red Devils scoring 7 goals during the game and adding another 2 assists for 9 points total in the win.

Reid Miller continued to be a scoring threat for Wallaceburg finding the back of the net 4 times while adding 3 assists. Other Wallaceburg goal scorers were Mitchell Burton, who had a goal and two assists, and Darby Jacobs who scored twice.

Rob Pollock played set up man in the game dishing out 6 assists, including one on the game tying goal.

As they have many times already in the season, the Red Devils won in dramatic fashion scoring 4 unanswered goals late in the third period, each with less than 5 minutes remaining, to win the game. Mitchell Burton had the game winning goal at 18:52 of the third period.
