Kraft Congratulations from Chatham-Kent Council

On behalf of Chatham-Kent Council, I offer our congratulations to the people of Wallaceburg, the Wallaceburg Minor Lacrosse Association and all the folks across Chatham-Kent and other parts of the world who voted for Wallaceburg in the Kraft Celebration Tour.  You deserve this outstanding victory!  Once again, our citizens have demonstrated the great success we have when we work together for a common cause. 

It has been reported that some of the more than a half a million votes made in the 24 hour contest period came not only from Chatham-Kent and southwestern Ontario, but from as far away as South Korea, Africa and Australia.  We live in an age where great stories of human achievement are told worldwide within minutes.  We live on the world stage, and Wallaceburg has made us all look great!  Thank you, everyone!
