Video: Dane Fox of the London Knights Discusses His Season
Prior to a 6-2 loss to the Barrie Colts Friday night in London, Thamesville’s Dane Fox took a moment to talk hockey. Fox, a former Chatham-Kent Cyclones star along with his London Knights teammate Seth Griffith, is having a breakout year in the Ontario Hockey League.
Through 22 games, Fox has 9 goals and 9 assists for 19 points for the London Knights and is a plus 11. Last season in all 51 games he played, Fox only scored 11 goals and 11 assists, and was minus 2.
In the interview, Dane Fox discusses his bounce back season, the upcoming NHL draft, his younger brother Trent Fox, and Seth Griffith. As well, London Knights asssistant coach Dylan Hunter weighs in on Fox.
Griffith scored the London Knights opening goal Friday night, while Fox was held off the scoresheet, although he did compile 4 penalty minutes in the game.
