Tartans Roll To Victory Over CKSS
Just as they did earlier this season, the Wallaceburg Tartans Senior Boys football team easily defeated the CKSS Golden Hawks.
Continuing his strong season, Jonah Pataki ran for two touchdowns, and also threw a TD pass to Brayden Fischer in the 28-9 win.
Dan Fox ran in the other Wallaceburg touchdown for the Tartans, who improved to 4-0 this season, building on a perfect 11-0 season last year.
Chatham-Kent Secondary School scored on a WDSS safety, and got a touchdown from Blayne Bechard, who caught a 3-yard pass from Simon Sharpe.
Wallaceburg will travel to Blenheim next Tuesday, October 9 to face the Bobcats. CKSS now has over a week off as the JMSS Panthers folded from the league. They will travel to Blenheim for their season finale October 19.
