Wallaceburg’s Seth Griffith missed the last month of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) regular season after suffering a broken hand, but he was back in the lineup for the top ranked London Knights as they kicked off their playoff run at home against the Saginaw Spirit.

London won their playoff opener 5-2 with goals coming from Max Domi (two), Alex Broadhurst, Dakota Memis, and Josh Anderson. Griffith was held off the scoresheet in his first game back.

Griffith led the OHL in scoring for portions of this season and was the league’s top scoring right winger with 81 points in 54 games.

London will take on Saginaw in game two of their series Sunday March 24 at 2pm.
