Kucera, Earle Continue Perfect Season at Kent

Chatham-Kent Secondary School’s Lee Kucera and Julie Earle completed their perfect season in Mixed Doubles Junior Badminton, winning their fifth consecutive tournament, and capturing the Kent Junior Championship.

The duo walked through Thursday’s competition in Ridgetown, not dropping a game during their impressive win, including against UCC in the final.

ESPC took home the overall team title, as they did earlier in the week at the Senior level. The top three finishers in each division will move on to the SWOSSAA finals next Thursday in Leamington. Below are the final results from Thursday’s Kent Championships.
