Milestone Awaits For Allin

Chatham’s Max Allin is nearing an OUA milestone, as he is poised to score his 1,500th career point this week when his Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks tip off against the Waterloo Warriors.

Currently, Allin sits with 1,499 points.

Allin scored 14 points Saturday in a 89-68 loss to the Ottawa Gee Gees, and 13-points Friday in a 104-68 loss to the Carleton Ravens.

After 8 games this season, Allin, who is in his 5th year with Laurier, is sitting 6th in OUA scoring, averaging 19.8 points per game.

Last season, Allin averaged 23.2 points per game for the Golden Hawks, leading the Nation in scoring en route to being named an OUA first team all-star, and CIS second team all-star.
