Five Questions With Ty Jackson

Ty Jackson is a 17-year-old hockey player from Wheatley, Ontario. Jackson is currently in his rookie GOJHL season playing for the Lambton Shores Predators Junior B team.

Although hockey is Jackson’s major sport, he also enjoys playing baseball and golf.

After attending Williston Northampton Prep School least year in Easthampton, Massachusetts, Jackson returned to Ontario this year, and is now attending Oakridge Secondary School in London, while playing for the Predators. Formerly, Jackson suited up for the Sun County Panthers ‘AAA’ organization.

Below are Ty Jackson’s answers to CKSN’s Five Questions:

1. What is your career sports highlight/top memory?

Winning OMHA and playing in the OHL Cup.

2. Who is your favourite professional sports team and athlete?

My favourite team is the Detroit Red Wings and favourite athlete of all time is Bryan Boersma.

3. If you could achieve one thing/goal in sports, what would it be?

NCAA Scholarship.

4. Who has been your biggest sports influence and why?

Steve Yzerman because he was a great leader and put his team first.

5. What do you love most about playing sports?

Winning.
