Justine Dufour-Lapointe Wins Canada’s First Gold
Canada’s Justine Dufour-Lapointe is the first Canadian to win a gold medal at the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics.
Dufour-Lapointe won gold in the women’s freestyle moguls, edging out her sister Cloe Dufour-Lapointe who won silver in the event.
Justine scored a 74.80% in her final run, while Chloe scored 72.20%.
The sisters finished ahead of defending champion Hannah Kearney of the United States who won bronze.
