Seth Griffith At Bruins Rookie Camp

Wallaceburg’s Seth Griffith is about to embark on his second NHL training camp with the Boston Bruins. The forward is entering his second professional season.

Bruins camp kicks off for rookies Thursday, September 11, and Griffith, who played for the Bruins’ top AHL affiliate, the Providence Bruins last season, will be one of 22 players in camp when it opens.

From September 13 to September 16, Griffith and the Bruins’ rookies will travel to Tennessee to take part in the Nashville Predators NHL Rookie Tournament.

Griffith, a former London Knights superstar, scored 20 goals and added 30 assists for the Providence Bruins in 69 regular season games, and added 11 points in 12 playoff games.

Griffith was originally acquired by the Boston Bruins in 5th round, 121st overall in the 2012 NHL entry draft.
