Max Allin will return for his second season playing in Australia’s Big V professional basketball league, after the Southern Peninsula Sharks announced they have re-signed the Chatham, Ontario product.

“The Southern Peninsula Basketball Association is extremely excited to announce the re-signing of Max Allin, who will return for season 2015,” the team wrote on Facebook. “Max, our Canadian mate, has signed on the dotted line and will be a Shark once again, for the up and coming 2015 Big V D1 season. Please join the Southern Peninsula Sharks in welcoming Max back to the Shark Tank, welcome home Max.”

After finishing last season, Allin alluded to the fact he would be returning to play for the Southern Peninsula Sharks, but made that fact official this week.

Last year, Allin finished 14th in Big V Division I scoring, averaging 16.4 points per game, and 9 rebounds per game, helping the Sharks to a Big V final, where they fell to Latrobe City 3-2 in the final series.

Max Allin is a UCC and Wilfrid Laurier University alumni.
