The Chatham Novice Outlaws won the WOGHL playoff Novice B/C Championship on Saturday, March 28, 2015, taking a commanding 7-0 victory over Woodstock.

In the opening period, Ally Fisher scored with Jeanette Legere and Hudson Denure assisting on the play.

Fisher, with the assist going to Denure scored her second of the game to open the second period, giving the Chatham Outlaws a 2-0 lead. Meghan Fife, with Libby Pink and Fiona Waddick picking up helpers finished the scoring in the second period.

In the third frame, the flood gates opened for Chatham. Savana Smith from Brook McCutcheon started things off, before Fiona Waddick connected with Legere picking up another assist.

Ally Fisher capped off her hat trick in the third, with Denure and Legere again setting her up. Finally, Denure picked up her fourth point of the game, this time a goal from Brooke McCutcheon and Libby Pink to round out the scoring.

Ryan O’Donohue and Hunter Escott shared the shutout in goal for the Novice B Chatham Outlaws.

The Novice Outlaws will now prepare for the Novice B OWHA Provincials taking place from April 10-12. The Novice Outlaws were one of four Chatham teams to qualify for Provincials.
