Junior Hawks Soar In LKSSAA Final
After leading by a narrow 23-21 margin at half time, the CKSS Golden Hawks pushed ahead in the second half to finish the game strong.
“All the girls should be proud of their hard work, dedication, and unselfish play the entire season, which has amounted so far to 27 wins and 2 losses,” said head coach Jessica Rowden of her team’s season thus far.
High scorers of the night included Jessica Jordan with 12, Maggie Denys with 10 points, and Reagan Kellier and Jessica Conrod each with 8 each.
CKSS will now travel to Windsor this Tuesday to play Sandwich for the SWOSSAA final.
The lady Tartans who handed them a loss in league play to tie for first also won there back to back lkssa AA final. They play Kingsville Wednesday night looking for back to back swossa champions.
