The OHA approved the move.  Many in Alvinston will be sorry to see the team leave as they have been there

It’s lacrosse weekend in Wallaceburg.  The Wallaceburg Thrashers have their home opener on Saturday afternoon against the

Ennismore James Gang at 4 pm and then it is a double header on Sunday.  The Red Devils will face the Windsor

Clipers at 2 in the afternoon, then the Thrashers are back in action at 7 facing the Owen Sound North Stars.

Jordon Durston and the Vancouver Stealth will be facing Saskatchewan on Saturday night in the NLL

The Chatham Kent Golden Hawks scoring the win over the WDSS Tartans in 12 man Jr high school football.  The Golden

Hawks with a 14-7 win over the Tartans.  John McGregor will host UCC today.

Sr Girls High School Rugby saw Chatham Kent picking up the win over Blenheim 17-14.  Today UCC will host LCCVI in both Jr and Sr rugby today
