Chatham Phoenix Cheer Relocates To ‘Burg
Chatham Phoenix Cheer re-opened in Wallaceburg! We will be taking part in many community events such as WAMBO and most of the local parades.
We are holding open registration from now until mid August when our competitive season starts for youth ages 7-18. For more information check us out on Facebook or go to our website www.chathamphoenixcheer.com. You can also follow us on Instagram and Twitter now #Chatham_cheer.
On Saturday July 30th the competitive cheer club will be putting on a fundraising car wash at the Wallaceburg Home Hardware from 10am to 2pm, with all proceeds going towards new uniforms for the teams, to help reduce the cost for these amazing younge athletes.
We would like to thank the community for their strong support, and say thank you to the local business’ that have offer to step up and help some lower income children be able to afford to join in in this amazing sport. If any other business would like to get involved in and support a cheerleader please contact Nicole at 519-360-8718 or send us a message on Facebook.
We will be competiting in up to 6 events this season, and looking forward to some of the special events that we are a part of and would like to also show our appreciation to Cassandra Weishar, for her support. Cassandra Weishar was born and raised in Chatham, she has gone on to compete in cheerleading at the Worlds competition and is a cheerleader for the Edmonton Eskimos, we couldn’t ask for a better role model for our young athletes.
