Chatham’s Chad Laprise Added To UFC Vancouver Event

Chatham’s Chad Laprise will represent Canada at UFC Vancouver against France’s Thibault Gouti

Chatham’s Chad Laprise is stepping back in the octagon on August 27th – on home soil.

UFC Canada made it official on Monday, announcing that Laprise, a winner of The Ultimate Fighter, will compete in a lightweight contest against Thibault Gouti of France.

Laprise (3-2) is coming off the first two losses of his MMA career after dropping a split decision to Ross Pearson in March and a TKO loss to Francisco Trinaldo in Saskatoon last August. Gouti is 0-2 in the UFC.
