CK Hockey Players Heading to Ontario Summer Games
Wallaceburg’s Emma Gorski is heading to the Ontario Summer Games this August in Mississauga. The Chatham Outlaws goalie says she attended a camp where she was evaluated and ultimately chosen to compete in the Games. Selection to attend the camp was based on an application.
She’s not the only one from Chatham-Kent who will be competing this August – her teammates Rachel Benn and Payton Sabourin will also join her in Mississauga. Kaitlyn Isaac, also from Wallaceburg, will join them at the Ontario Summer Games as well. Gorski says she’s been playing hockey with them since she was young, and that it’ll be great competing with fellow team members.
Gorksi says she’s excited to compete, and hopes to continue on to other camps.
