The Blenheim Blades ended the Wallaceburg Lakers’ two game streak Wednesday night, winning a 5-2 decision on the road in Wallaceburg.

Drew Vandehogen, who spent time this season with Wallaceburg, opened the scoring for the Blenheim Blades. Bryce Broad added to Blenheim’s lead in the first.

Austin Bentley would later score a pair of power play goals, while Kier Cumming also scored with the man advantage to round out Blenheim’s scoring. Brayden Hopkins had 3 assists, and Nick Delyzer had 2 helpers.

Trevor Waller and Josh Farrugia had Wallaceburg’s goals, which both came on the powerplay.
