Conf. Semi-Finals – Game 1 Video Highlights – London Nationals vs. Chatham Maroons

The Chatham Maroons remain unbeaten in the Jr B playoffs, downing the London Nationals 4-1 to kick off the Western Conference semi-finals. Head Coach Ron Horvat says the Maroons were a little slow off the hop, but they got the job done. London outshot the Maroons 32-29, but Chatham’s Brendan Johnston was outstanding in net once again, making 31 saves on the night. While Kevin Gursoy, Bryce Yetman, and Brendan D’Agostino each scored a goal and an assist, while Bobby Harrison capped off the game with an empty netter with 1 second left on the clock. The best-of-seven resumes in London Saturday night.
