The Chatham-Kent Secondary School Golden Hawks defeated the Great Lakes Wolfpack 34-14 Thursday in senior football LKSSAA action

Curtis Godfrey caught for 170-yards and three touchdowns.

Quarterback Casey Reaume threw for 302-yards, and scored two touchdowns.

Also scoring for the Golden Hawks were Reece Richmond, who ran for 80-yards and a touchdown, and Evan Clarke, who returned a fumble 32-yards for a touchdown.

Jordan Wright had two interceptions for the CKSS Golden Hawks, while Chase Topic, Brenden Bondy, Jarrett Millard, and Xavier Hopkins lead the CKSS defense in tackles.

In other LKSSAA football action, the UCC Lancers Junior boys defeated Sarnia St. Patrick’s 28-7. Evan Torres threw three touchdown passes to Matt Hawryluk (2) and Cody Boulley (1). Torres was 10-for-15 for 197-yards. Tanner Hoorelbeck ran for a 5-yard touchdown.

The CKSS Junior boys also defeated Sarnia Northern 26-13.
