The Dresden Kings thumped the Wallaceburg Lakers 6-1 in Wallaceburg Wednesday night, keeping the Kings undefeated and the Lakers winless.

Nolan Vandenboorn had 4 goals in the win, with Brendan Ritchie assisting on 3 of those goals.

Cory Lucier had a goal and an assist, with Elijah Duquette scoring the other Kings goal, while defender Nolan Ross picked up 2 assists.

Young netminder Brett Brochu was perfect, stopping 16 shots. He was replaced by Hunter Cowley in the third, who allowed the lone Wallaceburg goal, scored by Matt Tourigny.
