UCC Wrestlers Hit The Podium

Over the weekend, the UCC Lancers wrestling squad went into a bunch of fights, 48 matches to be exact, winning almost half of them.

The wrestling team competed in St. Thomas on Friday and in London on Saturday. Zachary Parent and Daniel Crummer were both undefeated each locking up 2 gold medals. Madison Segeren and Graci Srokoz won bronze medals in London.

Kayla Smith threw down for a silver medal. Ben Parent grape-vined his way to a bronze medal, beating last year’s OFSAA’s 4th place finisher twice. Victoria Armstrong fought for her 4th place finish.
