“All Any Mother Would Want For Their Daughter Is For Her To Find Her Passion In Life”

Although Bridget Carleton has accomplished about as much as any NCAA basketball player can in their career, Carrie is proud of her daughter as much for her on court accomplishments at Iowa State as her off court achievements.
“We are so proud of Bridget, not just because is her basketball accomplishments, but more about the young lady she is,” said Carrie Carelton.
The Big 12 Player of the Year, and Iowa State’s reigning Chatham-Kent Sports Network Female Athlete of the Year, Carleton has racked up accolades at every step of her incredible career. It goes unsaid, although it should be said more, that Bridget Carleton is Chatham-Kent’s best and brightest athlete, the one all of Chatham-Kent is proud of. No one however is more proud of Bridget than her mother.
For Carrie Carleton however, the most important thing has been watching her daughter achieve her dreams.
“All any mother would want for their daughter is for her to find her passion in life. We are so happy that she is pursuing her dreams and has done everything in her power to achieve her goals.”
