Kyle Hope Signs With England’s Manchester Storm
“I’m super excited to be joining Manchester,” said Hope.
“I’ve heard nothing but good things about the city and the organization.”
Hope played last season with the University of Windsor Lancers, leading the team in scoring with 11 goals and 28 points in 27 games.
He finished the season with the ECHL’s Fort Wayne Komets notching 4 goals and 11 points in 20 games.
“The EIHL has appealed to me for a few ears with knowing guys who have played and are playing in the league and all had excellent things to say about it,” said Hope of his decision to play in England.
“I’m hoping for a good first European experience and to be able to make the adjustment quick, and be an impact player for the team early and throughout the entire season.”
Hope is a graduate of the Ontario Hockey League, having played for the Owen Sound Attack and Oshawa Generals, and is a Chatham-Kent Cyclones alumni.
