Peewee Cougars Rebound To Win

The Peewee Chatham-Kent Cougars rebounded with a win in tough playing conditions, beating the Brantford Bisons 33-12.

Caleb Roberts scored on running plays of 45 & 63 yards while CJ Roberts scored on runs of 5 & 53yards. QB Sawyer Emmott connected with Jayden Baylis on a 33 yard passing TD. Reed Larson kicked 3 PAT’s.

Skyler Mattia led the defensive line putting pressure on Brantford QB all game with Larson, Tezmond Hadden & Baylis all collecting interceptions. Conor Graham and Tayeshawn Hadden each added 6 tackles.

Cougars look to use this momentum as they travel to the Brampton Bulldogs this week.
