Former Chatham goaltender Erica Fryer is having a stellar campaign for the University of Toronto Varsity Blues women’s hockey team.

Fryer won a Lower Lakes Female Hockey League championship in 2015-2016 as part of the Chatham Outlaws Midget ‘AA’ team. Her goaltending partner at the time was Wallaceburg’s Emma Gorski, who is playing NCAA DI hockey at Merrimack.

Following her time with the Chatham Outlaws, Fryer spent two seasons in the PWHL with the London Devilettes.

This year with the University of Toronto Varsity Blues, Fryer has a sparkling 1.34 GAA and a 0.940 save percentage, good for third and fifth in the OUA respectively.

Toronto currently sits first in the OUA.
