Roberts Wins National Gold With Team Ontario

Chatham’s Caleb Roberts helped Team Ontario win a 15U National basketball championship.

Roberts topped all Team Ontario scorers in the gold medal game collecting 18-points in Ontario’s 90-68 victory. He also added six rebounds and four assists.

In five games, Roberts averaged 10.2 points, 4 rebounds per game, and 2.4 assists per game.

Ontario defeated Nova Scotia 91-59 in the semi-finals to reach the finals.

The five-foot-eleven Roberts played for Gators Basketball Academy this year out of Markham, Ontario.
