Former Chatham Cyclone gets his start in the ECHL
A former AAA hockey player with the Chatham Cyclones will be making his first start tonight for the Wheeling Nailers in the ECHL.
Ross Krieger has been added to the roster for tonight’s game against Fort Wayne.
Originally from Pain Court, Krieger spent time with the Dresden Jr. Kings and the Chatham Maroons. He was named Rookie of the Year for both teams.
Krieger just finished four years with the University of Toronto and was second in scoring this season.
Tonight will mark his first game in the ECHL and his parents will be in the building to watch.
