Red Devils release 2024 schedule

A sure sign of spring is when the hockey equipment is put away and the lacrosse sticks come out. The Wallaceburg Red Devils released their 2024 schedule and open their regular season on April 20 against Welland.

The Red Devils have one exhibition planned, a home game versus the Windsor Clippers on April 14 at 4 p.m.

A special date on the Red Devils calendar will be May 25.

On the May long weekend in 2023, the Wallaceburg community experienced a tragedy, as three young adults were killed in a car crash. One of those who died was former Red Devils defender Matt Cousins.The Matt Cousins Memorial Golf tournament is scheduled for May 25 at Hidden Hills Golf and Country Club. Money raised from the golf tournament is slated to go to the Wallaceburg Lacrosse organization.
