Hawks, Flames Win CKSS Tournament

The CKSS Golden Hawks Junior Girls Volleyball team won the championship of their home tournament this past weekend.

The team defeated UCC in 3 games in the semi-final and then London Saunders in 3 in the final (25-23, 18-25, 16-14). In pool play they beat WDSS, split with Sarnia St. Clair and split with Saunders. Eve Stokes was named the team’s tournament MVP.

At the midget level, the Chatham Christian Flames beat CKSS in the final 25-20 and 25-14.
