Red Devils Split Weekend Home Stand

On Saturday, the Wallaceburg Red Devils defeated the St. Catherines Spartans 12-7.
Mike Myers had a huge 8-point performance, scoring 3 goals and adding 5 assists in the win.
Evan Mathany also was a force for Wallaceburg, scoring 4 goals and an assist. Team scoring leader Corey Lucier continued to find the back of the net, scoring 2 goals and adding an assist.
Kyle Dawson, Mitchell Lilley, and Parker Gilhuly had the other Wallaceburg goals.
Sunday, Wallaceburg fell 8-5 to the Orangeville Northmen.
Evan Mathany and Alex Taylor scored in the opening frame, but Orangeville would take and hold a lead for the remainder of the game. Mathany added a second in the game late.
Parker Gilhuly and Corey Lucier had the other Wallaceburg goals.
Wallaceburg will host the Windsor Clippers this Wednesday.
