Last year, Griffith scored 44 points in 38 AHL games with the Toronto Marlies. He also skated in 24 NHL games with the Florida Panthers and Toronto Maple Leafs, spending time in Florida’s top line, refistering 5 assists.

Originally a 5th round pick of the Boston Bruins, Seth Griffith has 16 points in 58 career NHL games.

He was an AHL first team all-star in 2015-2016, and was a second round selection of Jokerit in the KHL draft in 2016.

Seth Griffith and the Buffalo Sabres open their NHL regular season October 5 when they host the Montreal Canadiens.
