Red Devils home opener tonight

The Wallaceburg Red Devils Junior B lacrosse team will play their home opener on Thursday (April 30) against the London Blue Devils. Game time is 8 p.m. at Wallaceburg Memorial Arena.

The Red Devils have a 1-1 record going into the home opener, beating London 10-7 on April 23 and falling 19-7 to St. Catharines last Sunday.

Reece Parker has been named as the Red Devils’ captain this year. Ben Leitch, Brayden Mitchell and Brandon Taylor have been named assistant captains.

Taylor, a Chatham-Kent Secondary School grad, has committed to play lacrosse at Rochester Institute of Technology. RIT has been a long-time NCAA Div. III lacrosse powerhouse.
