Local father-daughter pairs run Boston Marathon

A pair of father-daughter duos from Chatham-Kent successfully completed the Boston Marathon earlier this month.
Wallaceburg’s Victoria Horrobin and Brian Horrbin and Chatham’s Brooke MacLeod and Scott MacLeod took part in the race on April 20.
Victoria Horrobin ran a personal best marathon time of 03:03:02, while her dad Brian clocked in at 03:47:54. Scott MacLeod finished at 03:11:50, while his daughter Brooke time was 0334:08
Brian Horrobin first ran in the Boston Marathon in 2015 when he was 50 years old.
Brooke MacLeod played soccer at the University of Windsor, while Victoria Horrobin was a cross-country runner for St. Clair College.
