Maroons game cancelled due to CK water emergency

Chatham Maroons pre-season game scheduled for Sunday, August 30 has been cancelled due to the emergency severe water restrictions currently in effect in Chatham and surrounding communities.

The pre-season game was scheduled to be played at Chatham Memorial Arena against the LaSalle Vipers.

As part of the emergency measures, the municipality of Chatham-Kent has closed municipal arenas in the affected communities.

The Maroons will share any additional updates regarding the game as they become available.
