Beach volleyball facility set to open in Chatham

Chatham Beach Volleyball has built their own facility near the Chatham courthouse.

Leasing the property from the municipality, he new courts are located at 109 Courthouse Lane.

Their Phase 1 Design has five full size 9×18 courts and one Feature Court that is 8×16 with a 5m free zone. The courts are Olympic standard and has professional equipment.

All courts have proper drainage and a specialized sand blend that prevents pooling.

The beach volleyball club is for all skill levels, offering adult leagues, youth competitive and development programs, an elite athlete program, and tournament availability.
