Bridget Carleton taking part in WNBA’s All-Star three-point contest

Chatham’s Bridget Carleton has been selected to participate in the 2026 WNBA three-point contest in Chicago.
Carelton currently plays for the Portland Fire, and is currently sixth in the league with 65 threes made in her eighth WNBA season, while shooting 38.2% from behind the arc.
Five other players will compete against Carleton in the 3-point contest: Azzi Fudd – Dallas Wings, Natisha Hiedeman – Seattle Storm, Rhyne Howard – Atlanta Dream, Marina Mabrey – Toronto Tempo, and Janelle Salaun – Golden State Valkyries.
The three-point contest will take part on Friday, as part of the WNBA’s all-star weekend in Chicago. The all-star game will take place on Saturday.
Particpants in the three-point contest will get $10,000, with the winner taking home $20,000.
